Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Melt cream cheese with both cans of enchilada sauce
  2. Add cayenne pepper and chicken and mix
  3. While sauce is heating, cook tortillas if using raw ones
  4. Put a layer of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan
  5. Fill each tortilla with the sauce/chicken mixture and place in pan
  6. Top with shredded pepper jack cheese and bake at 350ยบ for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown
