Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 5 cups oatmeal
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 grated Hershey bar (8 oz)
- 24 oz chocolate chips
- 3 cups chopped nuts
Directions
- Cream butter, all sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add flour, oats, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well. Add all chocolate and nuts. Mix.
- Form small balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°.
- Remove cookies from cookie sheet one minute after they are done to prevent the bottom from burning.
Notes
- This recipe makes A TON of cookies. We usually halve it.
