Orange Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 1/2 pkg. yeast
- 4 tbsp. powder milk
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5-6 cups flour
Directions
- Mix wet ingredients with 2 cups flour and beat
- Add rest of flour
- Let it rise and knead and roll out
- Make orange paste out of orange concentrate and sugar (1/4 cup concentrate and 1/2 cup sugar) Should not be thin. Grate orange and add peel
- Spread paste on rolled out dough and toll up
- Cut in 1 inch rolls
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
