Snowball Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line baking pans with parchment and set aside
  2. Cream butter, then add sugar, vanilla, and water and combine. Stir flour and salt into the mixture. Add pecans and toffee bits and mix thoroughly
  3. Form tablespoon sized scoops of dough into balls. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned
  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Roll each cookie in powdered sugar while still warm
