Gooey Bars

Ingredients

• 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 3 eggs, divided
• 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300. Spray a 9x13 dish with cooking spray.
2. Mix cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg into a soft dough. Press into bottomm of pan.
3. Mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese and remaining 2 eggs until smooth. Pour on top of crust and bake 40 to 50 minutes, until top is golden brown.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with powdered sugar while still warm.
5. Makes 12 servings.
